All photo packs and templates are delivered as instant digital downloads. Once the purchase is completed and access to the files is granted, no refunds, returns or exchanges can be issued.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download or access to the digital product has started.
